About the Working Party

This Working Party focuses on how the wood resource might be improved for future use, whether through site manipulations, changes in site quality, soil fertility, or other means. Recently much activity in this Working Party has examined how computer modeling and simulation programs can be used to describe how silvicultural techniques can be used to predict wood quality.
