Description
Held on July 23, 2024, this event inspired collaboration in the global effort to combat climate change through the responsible use of wood and non-wood forest products. Evidence highlighted how these resources support both rural and urban economies while advancing the Sustainable Development Goals, including climate neutrality and biodiversity preservation. Scaling up the sustainable use of wood in construction and renewable energy has great potential to strengthen resilient economies. This event is part of the project “Wood for Globe”.
