This report aims to support the transition to a carbon-neutral bioeconomy by providing scientific background information to support global wood policy dialogue. It synthesizes the latest scientific innovations and knowledge related to use of wood as a renewable, climate-neutral resource in circular and resilient economies, while also considering potential trade-offs. The report focuses on two key areas: the use of wood in construction (within the building sector) and wood fiber in the textile, packaging, and construction sectors. This document is part of the project “Wood for Globe”.
